How to get help
What to put in the message
- The app version and your Android version.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The file type and where it came from: CSV, TSV or Excel, and which program produced it.
- Do not send the file if it holds other people’s data. A description of the row that fails is enough to start.

Worth checking first
- The columns split in the wrong place. The delimiter is detected automatically, and it can be set by hand from the file view itself.
- The first row shows up as data. It can be marked as a header, and the app remembers that choice for that file.
- A file stopped opening. The recent list stores how to open it, not the file. If you moved it or another app deleted it, open it again from its location.
Your data
Everything the app stores stays on your phone. There is no account, and no server of ours holds anything, so uninstalling it removes all of it. There is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
