The important part first
Hivek Sheet does not upload your files anywhere. When you open a spreadsheet, the app reads it where it already lives on your phone and displays it. There is no server of ours in between, because we operate no infrastructure that touches your files.
This is not a promise of good intent. It is how the app is built: no code exists that sends file contents anywhere.
What is stored on your phone
When you open a file, the app remembers how to open it, not what it contains.

The contents of your spreadsheets are never copied or stored. They are read from the original file each time you open it and discarded when you leave.
Removing a file from Recent deletes that record and does not touch the file. Uninstalling the app removes all of the above.
What third parties collect
The app uses two external services. Neither receives your files or their contents.
Google AdMob — ads
Only in the free version. With Pro, the ads SDK is never even initialized.
AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, your approximate location from your IP address, and ad interaction data, in order to show and measure advertising.

- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form before serving personalised ads, and you can change your choice later from the privacy options.
RevenueCat — purchases
Only if you buy or restore Pro.
RevenueCat receives an anonymous installation identifier and the transaction data Google Play gives it, to verify that your purchase is active. It does not receive your name, your email or your payment details. Those are handled by Google Play and never pass through the app.

What we do NOT do
- We do not upload your files to any cloud.
- We do not read, store or transmit the contents of your spreadsheets.
- We collect no usage analytics.
- We have no automatic crash reporting.
- We do not sell or share data with anyone beyond the two services above.
- We do not require you to create an account.
Permissions the app requests
Internet. It is the only permission needed, and it is not for your files: it is for the ads and purchases services described above. The app opens and edits spreadsheets offline.
The app does not request storage permission. It uses Android's file picker, which lets you choose one specific file and grants access only to that file. It never sees the rest of your phone.
When you save or share
- Save writes over the file you opened, on your phone. Nothing leaves the device.
- Share a copy creates a temporary file and hands it to Android's share sheet. Where it goes from there is your choice when you pick the destination app, and that app has its own policy.
Children
Hivek Sheet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Since we store none of your data on any server, there is nothing to ask us to delete: everything the app keeps is on your phone and under your control.
- Delete your data: uninstall the app, or remove files from the Recent list.
- Personalised ads: change your consent from the app's privacy options, or reset your advertising identifier in Android settings.
- Data held by AdMob or RevenueCat: exercise your rights with them, using the links above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated and the new version is published at this same address. Changes affecting how your data is handled are announced inside the app.

Lo más importante primero
Hivek Sheet no sube tus archivos a ningún lado. Cuando abres una planilla, la app la lee del lugar donde ya está en tu teléfono y la muestra. No hay un servidor nuestro en el medio, porque no operamos ninguna infraestructura que toque tus archivos.
Esto no es una promesa de buena voluntad, es cómo está construida la app: no existe código que envíe el contenido de un archivo a ninguna parte.
Qué se guarda en tu teléfono
Cuando abres un archivo, la app recuerda cómo abrirlo, no lo que contiene.

El contenido de tus planillas no se copia ni se guarda. Se lee del archivo original cada vez que lo abres y se descarta al salir.
Quitar un archivo de la lista de Recientes borra ese registro y no toca el archivo. Desinstalar la app elimina todo lo anterior.
Qué recopilan terceros
La app usa dos servicios externos. Ninguno recibe tus archivos ni su contenido.
Google AdMob — anuncios
Solo en la versión gratuita. Si tienes Pro, el SDK de anuncios ni siquiera se inicializa.
AdMob puede recopilar el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo, tu ubicación aproximada según tu dirección IP y datos de interacción con los anuncios, para mostrarte publicidad y medirla.

- Si estás en el Espacio Económico Europeo, Reino Unido o Suiza, la app te muestra un formulario de consentimiento antes de servir anuncios personalizados, y puedes cambiar tu elección después desde las opciones de privacidad.
RevenueCat — compras
Solo si compras o restauras Pro.
RevenueCat recibe un identificador anónimo de instalación y los datos de la transacción que le da Google Play, para validar que tu compra está activa. No recibe tu nombre, tu correo ni tus datos de pago. Esos los maneja Google Play y nunca pasan por la app.

Qué NO hacemos
- No subimos tus archivos a ninguna nube.
- No leemos, guardamos ni transmitimos el contenido de tus planillas.
- No recopilamos analítica de uso.
- No tenemos reportes de errores automáticos.
- No vendemos ni compartimos datos con nadie más que los dos servicios de arriba.
- No requerimos que crees una cuenta.
Permisos que pide la app
Internet. Es el único permiso que necesita, y no es para tus archivos: es para los servicios de anuncios y de compras descritos arriba. La app abre y edita planillas sin conexión.
La app no pide permiso de almacenamiento. Usa el selector de archivos de Android, que te deja elegir un archivo puntual y le da acceso solo a ese. Nunca ve el resto de tu teléfono.
Cuando compartes o guardas
- Guardar escribe sobre el archivo que abriste, en tu teléfono. Nada sale del dispositivo.
- Compartir una copia crea un archivo temporal y se lo entrega al menú de compartir de Android. A partir de ahí, adónde va lo decides tú al elegir la app de destino, y esa app tiene su propia política.
Menores de edad
Hivek Sheet no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos conscientemente datos de ellos.
Tus derechos
Como no guardamos datos tuyos en ningún servidor, no hay nada que pedirnos que borremos: todo lo que la app guarda está en tu teléfono y lo controlas tú.
- Borrar tus datos: desinstala la app, o quita los archivos de la lista de Recientes.
- Anuncios personalizados: cambia tu consentimiento desde las opciones de privacidad de la app, o restablece tu identificador de publicidad desde los ajustes de Android.
- Datos en AdMob o RevenueCat: ejércelos ante ellos, con los enlaces de arriba.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, se actualiza la fecha de arriba y se publica la nueva versión en esta misma dirección. Los cambios que afecten cómo se tratan tus datos se avisan dentro de la app.
