What it does
- A direct connection. The query goes from your phone to your server. There is no machine of ours in the middle that sees your data.
- SSH tunnel. For the databases that are not exposed to the internet, which is how they should be.
- Encrypted credentials. With a key the Android Keystore generates and that never leaves the device.
- Editing with a safety net. You see the statement before it runs. Against production that is not a luxury.
