What to put in the message
- The app version and your Android version.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The file format and the earphones you use.
- If the sound cuts out, say whether it happens with the screen off.

Worth checking first
- The equaliser does not affect Spotify or YouTube. It cannot. Android only allows processing the app’s own audio reliably, which is why this is a player and not a system equaliser.
- My songs do not show up. It needs permission to read audio files, which Android asks for separately.
- Playback stops when the screen locks. Some manufacturers kill background processes aggressively. Exclude the app from battery saving.
Your data
Everything the app stores stays on your phone. There is no account, and no server of ours holds anything, so uninstalling it removes all of it. There is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
