The important part first
Hivek Audio has no account and your music is not uploaded anywhere. Files are read where they already are on your phone and played. No server of ours receives your songs or a list of what you listen to.
Exactly one thing leaves the phone, and only if you accept it: the contribution to the earphone profile database, explained below.
What is stored on your phone

The contents of your audio files are never copied or stored. They are read from the original each time they play. Uninstalling the app removes all of the above.
The contribution to the profile database
The app has an assistant that compares two settings and, choice after choice, builds the curve you prefer for your earphone model. If you accept, that curve is added to the database everyone else uses.
It is off by default. You are not asked when the app opens, but when there is something concrete to contribute, so you know what you are saying yes to.
A contribution contains exactly three things:
- The earphone model you picked.
- The curve the test produced.
- The kind of output you ran it through.
It carries no user identifier, no device identifier and no location. They are not anonymised afterwards: the database has no such columns.
To keep anyone from flooding it, the server needs to tell origins apart. It stores sha256(IP + salt + day) and never the IP address. Because the salt includes the date, yesterday's value cannot be recomputed even with the salt, and those rows are deleted after two days. That value is not related to the contributions table.
You can withdraw consent whenever you want. Withdrawing it deletes what has not yet left the phone. What was already sent cannot be taken back, because there is no way to tell which one was yours, and we would rather say that up front than afterwards.

RevenueCat — purchases
Only if you buy or restore Pro.
RevenueCat receives an anonymous installation identifier and the transaction data Google Play gives it, to verify that your purchase is active. It does not receive your name, your email or your payment details. Google Play handles those and they never pass through the app.

Lo más importante primero
Hivek Audio no tiene cuenta y tu música no se sube a ningún lado. Los archivos se leen del lugar donde ya están en tu teléfono y se reproducen. No hay un servidor nuestro que reciba tus canciones ni la lista de lo que escuchas.
Hay una sola cosa que sale del teléfono, y solo si tú lo aceptas: el aporte a la base de perfiles de audífonos, que se explica abajo.

El contenido de tus archivos de audio no se copia ni se guarda. Se leen del original cada vez que suenan. Desinstalar la app elimina todo lo anterior.
El aporte a la base de perfiles
La app tiene un asistente que compara dos ajustes y, a fuerza de elegir, arma la curva que tú prefieres para tu modelo de audífono. Si lo aceptas, esa curva se suma a la base que usan los demás.
Está apagado de origen. No se pregunta al abrir la app, sino cuando ya hay algo concreto que aportar, para que sepas a qué estás diciendo que sí.
Un aporte contiene exactamente tres cosas:
- El modelo de audífono que elegiste.
- La curva que resultó del test.
- El tipo de salida por la que lo hiciste.
No lleva identificador de usuario, ni de dispositivo, ni ubicación. No es que se anonimicen después: la base no tiene esas columnas.
Para evitar que alguien inunde la base, el servidor necesita distinguir orígenes. Guarda sha256(IP + sal + día) y nunca la dirección IP. Como la sal incluye la fecha, el valor de ayer no se puede recalcular ni teniendo la sal, y esas filas se borran a los dos días. Ese dato no se relaciona con la tabla de aportes.
Puedes revocar el consentimiento cuando quieras. Revocarlo borra lo que todavía no ha salido del teléfono. Lo ya enviado no se puede retirar, porque no hay forma de saber cuál fue tuyo, y eso preferimos decirlo antes y no después.

Qué recopilan terceros
RevenueCat — compras
Solo si compras o restauras Pro.
RevenueCat recibe un identificador anónimo de instalación y los datos de la transacción que le da Google Play, para validar que tu compra está activa. No recibe tu nombre, tu correo ni tus datos de pago. Esos los maneja Google Play y nunca pasan por la app.

La app no muestra anuncios y no incluye ningún SDK de publicidad.
