What to put in the message
- The app version and your Android version.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Which record fails and which day it belongs to.
- Do not send lab results or health data by email. Telling us which screen fails is enough.

Worth checking first
- Reminders do not arrive. It needs the notifications permission, which Android asks for separately, and the app not to be caught by battery saving.
- My coach cannot see my data. The link needs both sides to accept it. While it is pending, there is no access.
- I want to delete everything. From the account section you can export your data and delete history up to a date. To delete the whole account, write to us from the account email.
Your data
Everything the app stores stays on your phone. There is no account, and no server of ours holds anything, so uninstalling it removes all of it. There is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
